  If you're a young blonde woman in gymwear taking delivery of a new STi, you're gonna get preferential treatment - I mean you need almost all your staff to be polishing every last bit!
  
  However if you're a common pleb after a used vehicle - who's actually made an appointment, taken 2 hours out of your day to view said car, well you'll have to take 2nd preference to the new car buyer, and don't get to see who you booked in to see. Shame, I was ready to buy a car. Off to another dealer.
